Timeline: One to two weeks

Timeline: two to four weeks

Depth: we develop a run strategy for a select product family

Output:

  • A complete run strategy for the product family
  • Scenario comparison of before, after, and what-if–Size of the prize

Run Strategy Pilot:

Timeline: Usually over a quarter

Depth: Our team executes a run strategy playbook with your planners doing all the activities and our managed service professionals providing coaching and support

Manage Services:

Timeline: Quarterly or as required

Depth: One of our managed service professionals acts as an integrated member of your S&OP team.  They maintain communication with your execution teams during the quarter and facilitate run strategy updating during your quarterly S&OP review.
